Since April the 1st, until October the 31st (from 10 h 00 to 18 h 00), the famous " www.Jardins de Monet", in Giverny are open, except on monday. From our chaumière, you are at 1 h 30 mn. A must to see !

The house, the gardens and the park were created by Guillaume Mallet. At the age of 29, the famous architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, in collaboration with Miss Gertrude Jekyll and inspired by the "Arts and Crafts Movement", built this most unique of French creations.
The garden was designated with a succession of rooms in mind leading gradually to a large landscaped woodland in a valley sloping down towards the sea. The acid soil encourages rare plants to grow such as himalayan rhododendrons, azaleas, Japonese Maples, magnolias and hydrangeas.
* Open from March 15th to November 15th every day from 10 am to 7:30 pm (ticketing from 10 pm to noon and 2 pm to 6 pm).
* Walk at leisure or guided tour for groups by appointment (house and/or park).
* Directions : 5 km west of Dieppe, Michelin map 52 section 4.

End of July : golf competition : ": Grand Prix de la Côte d'Albâtre". A way to compete and also discover 3 famous golf courses in Etretat, Dieppe and Le Havre. For details on Etretat golf course :
