Le bâtiment Nord

La surface totale de la propriété est de 1 320 m². Le jardin se compose de trois parties, au centre l'entrée de la propriété avec une allée circulaire, près de la maison une pelouse qui va jusqu'à la rivière qui borde le coté nord de la propriété et il existe un ancien potager transformé en pelouse actuellement, à l'abri des regards et du vent car entouré de murs en silex.
Une dépendance au nord, d'environ 23 m, avec un garage, une loge, une ancienne buanderie et un local à oiseaux avec une volière extérieure.
Au sud se trouve un autre bâtiment d'environ 15 m servant de rangements divers.

The house with its mature garden, sits on a plot of around 1,320 m2, bordered along 60m of its length by the river Valmont. The garden has been divided into three distinct areas: the entrance with its circular driveway, a lawn with flower and shrub borders running between the south west aspect of the house and the river and a large south facing walled kitchen garden which in recent years has also been laid to grass.
The property is completed by two brick and flint outbuildings, respectively 23m and 15m long. One is situated to the north and the other to the south of the property and provide ideal garage and storage space.
